Seeing a Dark Angel without his power sword makes this Unforgiven sad.... Also, just putting it out there, if youre going to play the Bulwark, use your mic. Even with randoms, just give them a heads up that if theyre getting low, youll drop a banner for them next to an enemy to finisher and heal them up, or if theyve got a medkit before moving to the next area. Took me a while to break out of the bubble of not wanting to use comms and saving the banner for revives, but this has honestly helped more games than staying quiet.

Bulwark was the class I used to get the survivor helm. It's my favourite class right along with Vanguard. The melee is my favourite part of the game so those classes were perfect for me.

Keep in mind also that the vanguard should be using his perk to boost the speed to recovery of skills by 15% every time he murders something that’s majoris or above. So you could’ve been dropping flags more frequently because he definitely would’ve filled you up at least twice in there inside the control room waiting for the elevator.

One thing about ravenors is that they're burrowers.... You don't much burrow through steel and rockcrete and so on. In urban areas I'd sub them with lictors and have them heavy on softer soil.

Combining Bulwark with Inner Fire vanguard and a decent sniper makes a neigh-invulnerable kill team even for lethal, using power sword's power mode to gun strike minoris counts towards inner fire proccing, so you can drop your flag pretty much 30 seconds after you used it if there's a big enough crowd of minoris.

Funnily enough all lunge based attacks give gun strikes on the minni boiz which count towards inner fire abuse

I can imagine that Plasma Pistol can stack up some damage! Plus, if you solo the Carnifex you are likely stacking up some mean melee damage as well lol!

My record is 30k melee and 5k ranged on inferno ruthless. And no, we did not delay the bomb either lol

@@dropzofcrimzon Can do more ranged than that, mine for ranged was almost 20k whilst still also being over 20k melee. No clue how the hell a Bulwark can do so much ranged damage, let alone more than a Tac, Heavy or Sniper. (maybe my friends are just crap XD)

​@@cyanide7270because Defensive Advantage and Emergency countermeasures damage and Shock and Awe buff count as RANGED for bulwark. I actually have a guide on those builds as well if you are interested

So i had not given a lot of thought to the Rapid Regen perk, but I recently started using it because the other two perks don't do anything for a guy who forgets he can shield bash (ME). And I noticed something... my banner seemed to be up WAY more often. And for a Bulwark who primarily uses his banners for healing and reviving, I don't need it down for quiet as long. I have to do some more testing, but it seems to be that the recharge rate of the ability is tied to how long the banner is up. Could just be a placebo, tho.

​@@Yeertski So I went back and watched at 8:25, and it DOES seem to start regening as soon as the banner is placed. So I heuss that part of tje hypothesis was incorrect. but we still need more testing on the downtime. TO THE LABS!

I'll admit I'm one of the idiots who doesn't pop a banner at optimal times cuz I'm waiting to revive lol. I just took it off and use it to help in crowded situations, might as well actually use it frequently
