Feels like more of an area denial tool than a damage tool, tbh. Like you throw it down in a hallway to prevent a chase so you can heal, or use it when they're turtling in a single area to make them to move out. Which it needed more damage to do but yeah, it doesn't really make it a great spell for proactively damaging your opponents or punishing them. If they want to push it that way it definitely looks like a tracking buff would be necessary.

Wasted potential in the endings. I wish they took you around and show changes happening. I think crono trigger did that.

Yes very broken spell van be cast from a mile away and has now real dodge range plus hitting people doesn’t stop the spell so theres no real counter to it :p

If you don't target, it casts on top of yourself, so maybe it could be a good area denial if someone is charging you. But I guess that depends on whether you can dodge out of the animation fast enough.

Here's my take on how to build this weapon at Level 139: Starting Class: Prophet Vigor: 56 (2098 Maximum when using Crimson Amber +3 and Erdtree's Favor +2) Mind: 18 (For casting both Blessing of the Erdtree and Golden Vow back to back without needing to drink) Endurance: 21 (Enough to Medium Roll with our desired setup) Strength: 16 (11 +5 from Two-Handing the Euporia, don't invest points into this stat.) Dexterity: 16 (11 +5 from Millicent's Prosthesis) Intelligence: 13 (12 +1 from Circlet of Light) Faith: 80 (79 +1 from Circlet of Light) Arcane: 11 (10 +1 from Circlet of Light, don't invest points into this stat) *Weapons:* Mainhand Euporia (duh), Offhand Erdtree Seal. *Talismans:* Two-Handed Sword Talisman, Sacred Scorpion Charm (bare with me here), Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, Millicent's Prosthesis, with the first 3 slots being hotswap slots. *Spells:* Blessing of the Erdtree, Golden Vow, Discus of Light, Wrath from Afar, Multilayered Ring of Light, Wrath of Gold, Land of Shadow, Elden Stars, Heal from Afar, Light of Miquella (Moon of Nokstella required, can be freely swapped for Elden Stars or any other 2 Incantations to use it if you wish.) *Armor:* Circlet of Light, Tree Sentinel Armor, Gold Bracelets, Tree Sentinel Greaves, for 68 total Poise, up to an effective 90.67 with Bull-Goat's Talisman equipped. *Consumables:* Lulling Branches, Stimulating Boluses + the other Boluses, Boiled Crab to counteract the negation penalty of the Scorpion Charm effectively turning Boiled Crabs into a +8% Holy Damage buff, Fire Coils because they are stupidly strong, Fan Daggers for popping Bubbles, Frenzyflame Stones for a cheap and efficient source of FP to HP Regeneration. *Physick:* Thorny Cracked Tear, Holy-Shrouding Cracked Tear, can alternatively be swapped for Opaline Hardtear and/or Crimson Bubbletear for more sustain. The Strategy: Drink your Physick, then cast Blessing of the Erdtree, Golden Vow, use a Lulling Branch, and eat some Boiled Crab in that order. Discus of Light is a really cheap and spammable projectile that we have essentially infinite casts off because of the Lulling Branches, so use them alongside your other spells and buffs to pressure passive opponents into approaching you, it's what the Frenzyflame Stones and Heal from Afar are there for, if they give you 50 feet of distance, then you should punish that. After they approach you, use your Twinblade with all it's amazing multi-hit synergy to buff your damage to crazy heights, while the Ash of War can be used to finish off a weakened opponent because of the great tracking, range, and damage. This is the hardest hitting Twinblade in the game when it has buffed itself, stacking more buffs on top of that makes it extremely deadly in a duel. TLDR: 80 Faith, stack the multi-hit and other generic Faith buffs, smack them with a Holy Twinblade, use ranged spells and healing to punish passivity, finish people off with the Ash of War. EDIT: small grammar corrections, and please note that since the launch of the game, the Shard of Alexander alongside several other sources of buffs _does not work_ when buffing Holy damage in PvP, this is a bug that has been carried over from Dark Souls 3 since Holy is built off of Dark damage, and has yet to even be acknowledged by the devs as a major problem. Things that are super generic like the Holy Scorpion Charm and Golden Vow works, but it's really on a case by case, item by item basis and I don't have answers for every possible source of Holy damage boosting.

This last patch really surprised me....backhand blades got a poise damage buff? Who thought that was an issue?....not the fact that the blind slash has a vertical hitbox that can hit you out of the air?...and i dont think the madness torch interaction with the eclipse shotel is fixed....perfumes not getting a speed buff....the balance team is not on their A game...

No frost exultation talisman

Euporia's buff works on a timer system: 30 seconds for partial luster and 60 seconds for full luster. When at full luster, it'll remain so until the timer drops below 30 seconds in which it will become partial luster again. Every attack you land increases the timer by a set amount and can seemingly stack infinitely (I went afk once and it stayed at full luster for nearly 10 minutes). Here are the timer values I've tested for each attack when two-handed, assuming every part of the attack hits: Light attack: ~13s Uncharged Heavy: ~16s Charged Heavy: ~33s Running Light: ~13s Running Heavy: ~16s Crouch/Roll Light: ~13s Crouch/Roll Heavy: ~16s Jumping Light: ~13s Jumping Heavy: ~7s Assuming consistency between attacks, most single hit lights add ~6.5s and single hit heavies add ~8s. With the outliers being a single hit charged heavy would add ~11s and the jumping heavy of course only being a single hit adding only ~7s. At partial luster, the beam attack lasts about 1 second, and at full luster, it lasts about 3 seconds. Partial luster adds 95 holy damage, full luster adds another 25. This was tested at 80 faith with no armor or talismans on.

NGL fam, I think this twist was a bit of a slap in the face to Radhan and by extension, Godwyn. Wasn't set up very well for WHY Miquella chose him, no real evidence in the base game or most of the DLC for their relationship, just didn't feel great over all with the lack of fanfare. Esp to turn around and see my two homies dead in the corner after on top of the anti-climax, but... well that's a From NPC questline for ya, happy endings are the exception to the rule. But damn ;-; Ain't even get any final words with the bois. We as the player truly walk away as the sole survivor of this godforsaken land. Kinda mirrors the ending of the basegame with the erdtree aflame, the capital ruined, and most of the lands between probably being dead after the eons of war and our own personal warpath across the entire continent. Feels bad man. Ranni's ending is the only real consolation.

Not a SINGLE sleep ash or spell, like wtf? St. Trina is literally in the DLC and we don't get this. Why? Sleep has no place in this game...

You poised through a great spear with it! It's damage and tricky hitbox still lingers but honestly giving it the poise it should of had to begin with really makes this weapon actually useable now. It had a great moveset already but when you get pinched by someone in close range and basically don't have a wa to at least have something to threaten with, it was really sucky.

I wouldn't block that swift slash user. I'd use him as a test dummy. Even test dummies have a use. I don't block anyone unless they use glitchs
