Someone explain to me why the Salamander champion pack got given to the sniper?

I admit it I can't do lethal solo. I really want to. But it's too hard it really saddens me

Let's hope they go back and give us a mark 8 helmet with symbol removed

I don't understand why many players hate Assault, I think it's one of the best classes. I tried to play with Bulwark and Heavy and Tactical and I don't get the impression at all that they are better than Assault at all. I've been playing Assault for a few days already and it's simply on another level, I support the team extremely much and many times I was the last one left and I managed to stay alive. I'm not talking about the statistics at the end, almost every time I have the most kills. When I play with other classes and see that I have someone in the team who plays Assault, it's really a relief. It probably takes a while to get used to it, but then you quickly realize that it is a real killing machine. I hope that in the future it will still receive some update so that it could be more appreciated by the players. I don't think it's fair to remove those with Assault from the team just because others don't know how to use it to its true potential.

I just started playing the game like a week ago and damn I love it. Hearing all that makes me kind of happy that I just started playing it because there is sooo much to learn for me and there is going to be even more Content soon. Additionally: I THINK I won’t play PvP because I’m not really into it BUT that’s on me so I don’t understand why so much content complaints are there

Of course dark angels are more flashy. They are the chapter with the most relic weapons and armor. And raven guard are supposed to be super sneaky and the best at stealth so it makes sense they would want to be more subtle

Those armor parts are great. There had better also be a Raptors skin, because those guys are dope.

Raven guard should’ve been the sniper class. But at least it makes more sense than the Salamanders as snipers. They should’ve been the heavy. Still don’t know why we are ONLY getting 1 single chapter specific pack every few months. What a joke.

The "no content" part of the community is weird to me. On one hand I get it but on the other they're complaining about no cosmetic options. Again I get it but the cosmetics are the only paid additional content for now so they're gonna be slow to roll it out it's not COD where you get a 20 dollar pack every 2 weeks. It just feels like every good new game that releases has a major, what I call, Doomer posting section of the fan base and I'm really over it.

I am a big ravenguard guy. And yes the ravenguard are the stealth guys, and they are known for being lowkey and not flashy at all. Also the white arms are the veteran company in the ravenguard, white helmets are for veteran sergeants. Ravenguards fly around a lot and/or sneak a round a lot.

I rather prefer this armor that's coming out then the Bulwark that we just recently got that you can't customize shit to.

I can imagine myself making a assault blood ravens marine with that helmet, I'll basically become a birb

I'd make major enemies hit faster and I'd add new combos for them

Tactical has a belt option; wargear I think.

I just wish they would stop putting chapter specific emblems on the helms. My space wolf vanguard has a dark angels raven wing emblem on his mk8 helm and it looks like my ultramarine tactical will be stuck with a raven guard emblem on their head too

The white arms and helmet are meant to visually indicate veterancy and make key details of command markings standout. Raven Guard do not really talk to each other that much because of how they operate to maintain stealth. They use hand signals and vox clicks like moorse code to communicate. If they were navy seals the Raptors chapter would be the green berretes

Less flashy than the Dark Angels, well, yeah? the Ravenguard are THE stealth boys, each chapter has a specialty and stealth are theirs They favour more mute colour schemes of mostly blakcs and whiteswith very little in the way of actual colour, and dont often use anything shiny like gold for obvious stay stealth reasons. Even the Chapter Master, Kayvvan Shrike, doesnt wear any golds or silvers, instead just having pure white gauntlets and the pauldron trim. Even the Primarch Corvus Corax uses just a bit of silver to denote his status but otherwise still mostly black and white. Same theory goes with their armours, they dont use anything big and flashy and gaudy like say the Tactical Marines Relic level armour, theyd happily stay with the standard issue pauldrons or the trimless kind. Wish theyd have given us a few of the other armour pieces they would use though, llike theres a pauldron without trim but with large studs over it, and same for a leg piece. Also Beaky helm? Assault. Will also look fantastic if/when we finally get powerclaw melees.

As someone who played Space Marines on the tabletop in the 90s - I like the beak.

As a raven guard fan I’m more so annoyed that the chest pieces come with no pouches like the final sets of the ultramarine pieces. Like if I wanted to have any pouches or tactical gear on my Reiver I would have to just use the ultramarine armor instead of the set they’re giving to sell a raven guard aesthetic. This is just a bog standard Reiver.
