Honey...u should use the wrapper to hold the burger, and for the patty dont worry its cooked but because of how its processed thats the colour it turns to..i think its like a mixture of meat and soy protein and spices thats why the colour is like that.

The pink is bcoz of mr ramly do add colouring food to it. Actually its well-done patty. Reason..1. (as i remember) once somebody ask the company about this..stil no reply. 2. Konoha countrys stall do sell imitate patty with ramly brand. But the patty cooked looks dark, as usual well done meet

Burger boss operator are not locals. I don't know how they trained their staff to cook. There're many stalls operating by locals in KL. You may request for custom such as less sauce, less black pepper, non spicy, etc

Dats why..the stall dat run by older generation..they cut the patty in the middle..to make sure its cooked perfectly..esp when use the thicker patty..(ramly patty come with diff thickness..)..i bet mr ramly himself when he sell those burger on the streets in the 70s..he alao cut the patty in the middle. dats why in the 90s..mosr of the stall dat sell dis burgers u will find them do the same things..i luv ramly burgers..n its luv by million of malaysian.. Edit : find another stall..give the ramly another chance..

The fact is there are many Ramly burger seller on the street with different flavor and style all over the state. At My place Bukit Jalil KL, the patties they gonna cut in the middle so that it can be well done. And they gonna put some secret ingredient in the middle. Tips in KL so many people selling burger Ramly on street, BUT the older the seller the burger gonna be tastier, good. Thats it, some of them been selling more than 15-20 years on street. You should try other place other seller than you can compare the taste and style trust me.
