This cheesecake with a biscuit base is the tastiest you've ever eaten! Quark cake / cheesecake with a base, apples and almonds! The apple cake is so moist that it melts in your mouth. Bake this moist cake with quark and apples. It's quick and easy and very tasty! Do you also love the taste of apples? 😋😋 The apple cake is incredibly delicious! The best cheesecake recipe! Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
Apple filling:
4 larger apples, about 550 g apples
2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
Some water
Juice of half a lemon
1 heaped teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the biscuit base:
250 g biscuits
80 g butter melted (1/3 cup)
50 ml milk (1/5 cup)
Baking pan: 24 cm (9.5 inches)
Ground almonds
For the almond filling:
50 g sliced almonds (1/2 cup)
50 g ground almonds (1/2 cup)
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g)
3 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons honey
1 heaped teaspoon corn starch
Quark cream:
3 Separate eggs
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
1 pack of vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons)
Add 90 g sugar (1/2 cup) to the yolk
500 g quark (alternatively: cottage cheese or cream cheese) 2 cups
100 g butter melted (not hot!) (1/2 cup)
Some lemon peel from a washed organic lemon.
40 g corn starch (1/3 cup)
Bake the cake as follows:
Hot air 160 °C (320 °F) for 30 minutes and
150 °C (302 °F) for another 30 minutes
Then let the cake rest in the open oven for another 15 minutes.

Ach liebe Rika war das mal wieder eine Überraschung für mich Dir beim backen zu zuschauen es entspannt ungemein und ich frage mich 🤔 wie Du auf solche Ideen kommst das ist doch klar diesen Kuchen muss ich backen allerdings habe ich noch nie den Boden mit Kekse gebacken weil sie mir einfach zu süß sind gut Haferflocken Kekse und Spekulatius Kekse die mag ich.
