Baking dish: 21*21 cm.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 120 grams of sugar (2/3 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60 grams of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 150 grams of flour (3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 400 grams of frozen cherries
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 50 grams of flour
- 30 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of butter
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 45 minutes.
This recipe can be made at home with simple ingredients that are readily available in stores. Enjoy!

Just made this, but in a loaf pan, great cake but my cherries went right to the bottom with the crumble. Still tastes okay, next time ill skip the crumble and just do a cherry loaf

I think possibly you could bake the cake for a little while, then add the cherries and crumble part way through to stop it from sinking and as some in the comments have experienced
