This cake with quark is so delicious that I bake it almost every day!
Apricot cake with crumbles or apricot cake from the tray. It is the best apricot cake I have eaten in a long time. The moist cake with quark and vanilla pudding has crispy crumbles and also almonds. It is an incredibly delicious quark cake with crumbles. This recipe for cake with pudding and apricots is simple and delicious.
Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
Sprinkles:
120 g butter (soft) (1/2 cup)
120 g sugar (3/5 cup)
240 g flour (1 2/3 cups)
Meanwhile, put the crumbles in the fridge.
Cream:
500 g quark or cream cheese (2 cups)
150 g crème fraîche (or sour cream) (3/5 cup)
180 g vanilla yoghurt (2/3 cup)
2 eggs
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
1 pack of pudding powder vanilla (37 g)
1 tablespoon corn starch
200 g flour (1 2/5 cups)
Mix 3 teaspoons of baking powder
200 g sugar (1 cup)
4 eggs
100 ml oil (1/2 cup)
Add the flour
70 g corn starch (1/2 cup)
100 ml carbonated orange soda (2/5 cup)
80 g ground almonds (3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon baking soda
Baking pan: 24 x 37 cm (9.4 x 14.5 inches)
Apricots. They can also be canned apricots (dry them well first).
Ground almonds.
170 °C (338 F°) top and bottom heat for 35 minutes and 150 °C (302 °F) hot air for 10 minutes (45 minutes in total)

Du kannst doch Butter nehmen und den Zucker nach deinem Geschmack zugeben. Dann kannst Du diesen tollen 👍 Kuchen nach backen. Du wirst dann vielleicht keinen anderen Kuchen mehr backen wollen. LG Rita
