Translating is for sure a challenge but sorry it’s needed. Even if you learn Arab language you may not get everything. Translators have to be in good faith, faithful, high wise scholars of the Kuran. When a new messenger comes it is less important because there is a new words and new messages …

Depends on the situation dude, both are valid . You use “pray to” for the object of prayer. eg statues in other religions or to Allah in Islam. You use “pray at” for the location of prayer eg at the mosque or the temple.
