Its just trash production because animators were not given time to cook and had to take shortcuts. Cgi models, cutout manga pages being pulled across the screen disguised as "animation", over the top effects to again hide the lack of any movement. They literally juat scaled up isagis image instead of properly animating one of his most important goals in the series 🤦‍♂️
