This is by far the best evidence captured at this house as well as the numerous captures of the pushchair getting pushed down the stairs. 30 East Drive continues to give us the creeps and I think it will for a very long time. I myself was very skeptical of this house and saw it as a gold mine for paranormal events, but upon entering it changed my mind, Great Investigation lads 👍

Great investigation guys!! As for the camera falling over twice, I disagree with your conclusion that it's not paranormal... I think it makes the case in favor of it being paranormal... There are very few times in these locations where your equipment falls over. I would argue that you guys go to great lengths to set them up correctly and on stable flooring...so for a camera/tripod to fall TWICE at 30 East Drive, increases the likelihood of it being paranormal . That was some of the most nail biting incredible video I've ever seen of the paranormal. When you said there was someone messing about the camera I turned my volume up and you could clearly hear breathing around the camera. It looked like something small sat on Griff's chest and got up quick. You could clearly hear the knocking when you three were sleeping, and it was an amazing investigation. I know there have been claims about that room and cupboard (no the cupboard is NOT a portal), but it's the front bedroom, the tiny one that is 'haunted'.

That is one creepy house... 😱 I love investigations in real homes more than castles or prisons, to me there's something much more eerie about haunted homes and I find you're often more likely to get good results there because if people live there experiencing spooky things regularly, that will often mean better chances of success.

Me and my partner, also noticed, it's not definitive, but, the doll at 25:45 on the stairs is moving, my partner, James, also noticed, it's like it doesn't want to be seen, the spirit! And it's out of it, that you, STE, felt it behind you! It could be a trick of light, but you also felt cold, like you said! Like I said this one may not be definitive, James has a 3rd eye for seeing Paranormal Activity! He's a big fan of you guys too...James also suggested that under the stairs may also be a portal. Those noises reminded me of my first visit there. Makes me want to go back! There’s a lot to be said for returning over & over again to the same location. This was so exciting by the end! Is there any chance you'll be able to acquire more mounted cameras, like goPros or something that you can put into rooms for alternative angles, preferably to point back at a locked camera so you have a full 360-degree view? This way you can show nothing else is in the room and also if something is happening behind the camera (e.g. the breathing and touching of the locked off camera downstairs), then a camera at the top of the stairs looking down would should there isn't anything there :) Great work guys, seems like something sat on Gryff and held him while he was sleeping; prior to that you could see the fabric of his blanket being touched/slightly moved as if someone is carefully placing their hands there before violently pushing down.

This one was a really good one. To me, it almost sounded like something moving around that house while you slept, and like something was walking on the stairs. That's what came to mind when you hear that noise in the shot at the end of the stairs. It was really eerie and gave me goosebumps hearing those noises while you all slept, fairly helpless, then seeing what happened with Griff. I've seen people have spasms in their sleep, but usually, when it's the arms, hands, even the legs, they move quickly away from the body, not into it like his arms/hands did. It made it look more like someone pushed down quite hard on his chest. I actually really hope that was a spasm, because it freaked me out a bit lol, because say that was paranormal, what was the intention to touch someone that aggressively? The whole bed a noise when it happened. Very different vibes in this house compared to other places you've been for sure.

Amazing guys, bangs can be explained, but touching the camera..Well, what else could that be? The sound was identical to hand movement reverberating through the camera. The pressing on griffs chest is something else too, the sheet and chest compressed, would a twitch compress the cover sheet too? I'm mostly a sceptic, but this one gave me the creeps.
