That is a thing with most cheaters in most games. They hit crazy shots because of their cheats, but have no gamesense. They don't know map layouts, they don't know anything beyond shooting. So every time you see someone who has absolutely no idea what they're doing, but hit amazing shots, there is a good chance they got something to help them play.

Been stuck in silver for over 3 years after they reset my rank (something good) for not playing for a few months. Nothing more frustrating than losing a game because teammates body block you when entry, sit in main as terrorist allowing ct to rotate, sit in killzones like aps mirage, flash banging the teammates or sneaking for 2 mins just to give away position by throwing a terrible flash then not peeking out on it and crouch peeking the corners after. Even if they could simply give me my space to entry frag and enter site we would be fine. But after going full try hard and winning 9 matches in a row I ranked up from silver IIII to silver V. Edit honestly I probably only deserve middle to top gold due to me taking a long break but atleast I have a brain and am willing to look at minimap and help teammates in contact (big brain tells me if they know and are occupied with my teammate then they less likely to look at me if they don’t know where I am, basically free kill and teammate gets to live so don’t have to waste money next round)

Sorry to bring this to you but, if you have been stuck in Silver for over 3 years, you don't deserve a higher rank. This is because getting to Gold Nova means you have been improving at the game. Unless you magically stop improving, you would be at least LE by now if you deserved Gold Nova 3 years ago. The only exception to this is rank decay. I am (well, was when I used to play the game) a FACEIT 10 who never reached Global Elite because I would always stop playing before ranking up, and then rank decay would bring me down a couple ranks every time.
