Hiking is no joke especially if you are unfit! The first time I climbed a moutain november last year my thighs were painful and stiff for 2-3 days but I'm ready for higher ones.

How i wish i could be there, on my next trip to Ghana am doing this. The best thing ever,hiking😍😍😍😍. I did almost every mountain in Italy,Dolomites 3,343 meters or 10,968 feet above sea level. Took about 3hours to get to the top but it was worth it.

Hahaha and that was even because we were athletic cos it takes many more hours, we used to do different mountains each day for a week and after all that, there was training sessions in the evening. Imagine the weight lost after a week, lol.
