With the collaboration of Leroy Street Studio and Brook Landscape, Olivia Song has created an oasis for her husband and two young boys in the renovation of their 1840 townhouse in Cobble Hill, with a climbing wall, moon light fixtures and a two-story bookshelf.
In this episode of Interior Lives with our design editor, Wendy Goodman, see how Olivia’s work and design eye has yielded a dramatic house that is family friendly through and through.

I particularly like how much fun the kids have in their own home - feels like a playground to them. I found myself waiting for them to appear in each scene doing something fun. Great home!

Fits well into my space, I painted the back green. It's very easy to customize just the back if that's something you want to do. I would suggest sanding it first before painting, I got a little impatient. The shelves kzbin.infoUgkxM8H4CjCb79vzeyvgaFMdzmLm88oVFPMkare pretty small so keep that in mind if you're going to have it horizontal that some books won't fit. I like the snug look that it has. Good small shelf if you don't have much space, but not too small. Simple to put together, though you'll need your own tools, a screwdriver and a mallet/hammer, it's easiest to do with another person.

Enough said what @miss tea200? What are you suggesting? She is a gold digger and must marry up to have money? Olivia went to Parsons and MIT. She owns a design consultancy and sits on the board of a few prestigious museums. She is also an investor. The fact that another woman must tear another woman down makes me sick. They only did this video because she designed the house, not because she is rich.

@@shopgirl6183 nooo. she was implying that HE TOO has a lot of money and therefore is a HUGE part of why THEY collectively, as a couple, a unit, a household, have a significant amount of money. ..so maybe, stop seeking out drama where it doesn't exist. nothing about that comment was sexist nor did it imply that any kind of gold digging is going on.
