Amazing video girl… It must feels great and peaceful walking through the Colosseum and hearing the recitation… As a tunisian I know the Colosseum of El Jem… and I visited just recently the one in Rome… But honestly the experience from the inside in El Jem , is way better…

Thank you for your video! Great coverage and a well-spoken report. I love the Moroccan people! I must add, to appreciate how great the Colosseum is, one must watch a movie the "Gladiators"

Carthage was founded before Rome.. the Carthaginian civilisation was extenced north Africa, south italia and spain... and then the punics wars between Carthage & Rome... the famous great Hannibal barca... and then unfortunately the destruction of Carthage by romans...

It is not a colosseum, but amphitheatre. The colosseum is the name given to the amphitheatre of Rome due to the colossal statue of Neron which was next to it

amazing!... If only the romans had been more careful to keep the empire from falling now the whole of EU (including UK) and whole of North Africa and the East Mediterranean and Middle East including Turkey a beyond would have been ONE SINGLE NATION with only one passport!...

I know at the Roman Colosseum you couldn't gamble inside, so people would run outside, gamble, and then run back in. Do you know how the El Jem Colosseum helped economically? Surely there wasn't gambling in Tunisia... Also, the bus place looks like a train station!
@TrekkingPals
@TrekkingPals Жыл бұрын
Not quite sure about what the gambling situation looked like.

Bus station? You mean the louage station,don't you?? Louages are not buses ( buses have their own stations) but ordinary private cars and mini vans used to transport people it's not totally private nor totally governmental something in between the drivers are private but the sector is controlled and supervised by the minister of transport like the public transport that's why louages have stations like buses and trains unlike taxis and 100% private cars

@@mini_jkooki_minkookieeeee Thanks for the explanation. I think Alex meant that the station looks much more like a bus station. I love using louages, they’re super easy to use.

@@TrekkingPals you welcome 😊 yeah they and faster comparing buses and trains for long destinations although the stations are not well organized to be honest I find monastir station is the most organized one maybe because it's the smallest 😅😌

@@mini_jkooki_minkookieeeee hehe, yeah. Forgive my ignorance. I follow you that busses and louages are different classes of vehicle and are likely different in other ways (like personally owned rather than a fleet in some cases I'm guessing?). My apologies though. The place where all the louages were together though reminded me of a train terminal while the outdoor place felt like an organized ride share setup I'd see at various airports as well

@@Ahmeddeee Man actually said it was built by Carthage 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ it was built by the romans you idiot ahahahaahaha, and how did ‘Rome try to copy’ when the one in Rome is older 🤷🏽‍♂️ and btw el jem is literally modelled to resemble the one in Rome sooo… and the colosseum in Rome is nearly 2,000 years old what make you think it’s gonna go in a few centuries ahaha, stop talking nonsense bro, I think you just jealous the romans absolutely crushed the the Carthaginians 🤫 SNM!
