the incident at the village with the civilian checkpoint was a clear case of "ring of fire" lol. For me it looked like this: partisans from the village shoot the convoy, convoy shoots at civilian checkpoint, civilian checkpoint shoots partisans. I had to laugh out loud;)

It's part of the ACE3 mod, allows you to preview the throwing arc, cook off grenades which is useful for smoke signalling and also change the throw from overarm to underarm.

Generally the servers dictate which mods you load rather than the player searching for servers with their exact modlist.

I think it has to do with the sound. Squad and Tarkov both have great sound (Squad especially), and the gunshots all have a certain punchiness to them that makes them sound loud and real. Arma 3 just does not have comparable sound effects, at all. Everything sounds muted and a bit dull in comparison.

This is pretty disrespectful to service members. Those who have served do so so that people have the freedom to do things like this and bring great content without actually having to experience the horrors of war or whatever comes along with it. There are plenty of service members who play on Karmakut's server who would be much happier doing what he's doing than being sent out forward. Not to mention he doss charity work for service members and their families (like his memorial day stream). A lot of us appreciate what he does.
