This Commando Build makes me Feel Immortal in Raids, Fallout 76 Raid Build

I too have been playing around with all stat legendary perks. You may be more ahead of the pack then you realize. With the incoming changes to more perk cards there are just too many good ones to fit in the build. Agility is going to be so crowded with good cards to choose from. So many cards with damage modifiers means that 5 more perk points in your build can out pace 40% damage from one legendary perk card. Good times for all those that enjoy theory crafting to come.

Honestly it's common sense very few legendary perks provide value in the raid....I mean I've also seen people still rocking stealth perks and adrenaline in raids even tho they do nadda.

Yep, you are right. The new agility onslaught cards probably will be better than taking one for the Team cause you have to be attacked to trigger the effect.

Thank you for not telling everyone they need funky duds. Once you learn the fight and get comfortable in the raid its not doing much for you. Its one of those cards that only makes up for your errors in the raid so just stop making errors. I run FH commando and CRUSH raids fairly hard. My builds, id say VERY, different though. I run full rangers on my armor, no class freak just jam serums for serious stuff so i can use bloody mess, 2 star luck so that with ballistic bock + happy go lucky up im at 33 luck, letting me crit like i should. Also feeds into ricochet. Lot of ways to go. Lol. I still def reccomend an enclave flamer for commandos just as one of your guns you carry. Everyone ALWAYS breaks your vats on the squad fight. Always.

I honestly don't get the funky duds and troubleshooters discourse....i literally stand in the opening asking for them to hit me and don't often have any issues. There's defo multiple ways to run it ...this works for me :D

I'm so tired of people saying they can't survive the raid because they don't have a full trouble shooters set of PA or don't want to dedicate a set to it or that you have to run funky duds, I run a full limit breaking union PA or my strangler heart and both I can literally just sit there and tank everything if I feel lazy. Full raids take my team 6-8 min. It takes more time to dump and scrap than it does to finish a raid.

Going to try this one out, I personally don't like using food buffs...partially because the collectors don't really jive with the vibes in my C.A.M.P., but also because it's too much for me to want to fuss with. But I'll use chems because they do not spoil. Incidentally, What's the song playing over the endcards there? Sounds nice, but I can't seem to find it.

I have been doing the raid with my SS full health, I recently tried the commando build and really like it, it's not at all the most optimal, but I'm having fun with it. Your video gave me some insight into some perk cards that I overlooked. Can I ask where I can get the moon shovel? I try to find it in the wiki but it isn't there

Isn't taking one for the team incredibly powerfull? Like i even notice when people on the team have it, as it benefits everyone (i don't know if it stacks tho)

I'm in no way saying taking one for the team is bad ...just inconsistent most of the time you see next to no real advantage to it unless you are being targeted or the enemy has an aoe but it has a cool down, lasts only for 10 seconds etc ...I'd rather secure more survivability or constant dmg in its stead.

@@DadPlaysStuff interesting…I am not finding reference to the cooldown except if you are attacking the same enemy there appears to be no cooldown. New enemy…cooldown kicks in. Can you direct me to a good reference?? Perk appears perfect for a one enemy snake or robot in the raid. But I certainly am no expert.

The effect is related to the ingame time of day. So just adjust it to whatever suits :P

Take one for the Team is actually nice for the Snake and a tad lesser for the Robot. Both are hitting you constantly with some sort of attack and 40% extra is pretty is nice…. Big jump on Crit hits to the snake.

Agility does effect ap but the perk thirst quencher gives ap per endurance point.

Solar has health regeneration, secret service has better defences ....both have upsides but honestly I'd say its a personal choice

What's funny is anytime I see a player without Power Armor in Raids they get wrecked consistently. Can certain high level players run regular armor in there? Sure. Can the average player ? Definitely not.

I see people in Pa get smashed all the time, the type of gear doesn't compensate for a crap perk load out and playing badly. And nothing in this video is beyond the average player ....just takes time just like everything else and even then you don't need this gear to complete raids.

There's a reason nobody picks tbat many legendary specials. 1. Utility. 2. Diminishing returns I.e every point in strength is 5% increase till 30 then it drops to 2.5% then 35 1% it's not worth going past 25 in anything because it should be dying in 1-2 hits for a decent build anything past 25 is a waste of points.

Take a bowling ball to the alley and it will knock down pins, take it swimming and you drown...context is key and you are clearly missing it.

It’s a convenience perk. Absolutely worthless for bosses and raids. I used it as a low level to get more loot but I wouldn’t recommend it when you can use something that actually helps make your build stronger.

@@justvega4435 Yeah, the stupid raid seems like it was made with Bloodied Heavy Guns in mind, but this literally works too. Other builds exist besides bloodied heavy gun power armor builds. I'll be happy when Ghoul update makes bloodied heavy guns inferior.
