Some next-level scaping! Future inspiration for my aquascapes. Truly amazing. Please add an emersed portion to the big shallow to really bring out a third dimension.

Those small shallow tanks whit no filtration or CO2 and hardscape/plants going out of tank looks amazing. I am wondering how hard it would be to create one. Maybe you could try to build one :). Anyway, very nice company. Thanks for the video

I appreciate your effort on this video MJ. I always find it fascinating when a huge size of driftwoods are being placed in a relatively small tank. The right one on 0:52 is a great example for the idea. Looking forward for your next episode.

Why not for newts, that could be really good to watch... Their sands are what I'm most excited about, I can finally have that dirted bottom effect that my bolivian rams can safely sift through. And they'll really colour up over that stuff!!!

Crazy good ideas! Thank you! Loved the floating logs where it looked like they had cut some wood to the exact length of the tank then I presume glued/siliconed it in place. You get the wood in your tank without it taking up any real estate on the substrate! :-)

What did you think of their lava rock - was it much different from the regular? I've seen the pictures and it looks cool but not seen it in real life. You should do some scapes using just Wio stuff, it looks really good but no one seems to be using it yet?
@MJAquascaping2 жыл бұрын
Lava rock was pretty much the same, but they have some other types of lava rock as well, I believe it's called ''Etna Lava'' and my favorite is the ''Black Darwin Lava'' much more interesting shapes and textures. I will be using some WIO hardscape in a few upcoming build videos.
@WillsAquarist2 жыл бұрын

I think, that large emersed structures make the underwater part weak, or if both parts(above and below) are steong in scape, than your eye jumps between them. What do you think?
@newbird7772 жыл бұрын
You are definitely right. I would guess the emersed structure and the tank should either be 50/50 (for the eye jumping between them) or the tank needs to have the major focus. Otherwise, you can just have a potted plant with a bit of water in the bottom.
@MJAquascaping2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I definitely think it can be a challenge to make the above and below really match together.
