Oh hell yes most of our pains and discomforts can be easily ignored or at least hidden so people won't see. However, shoulder and neck pain are both virulent and frustrating. Very insightful video sadly beyond my acumen

Hey, I really appreciate your videos, they've helped me a lot. Could you make one about SI joint pain? I've heard a good bit of conflicting information surrounding it, so it would be very helpful. Thanks, Conor
@omnivains5 ай бұрын
@@ephelesfrance7006 Maybe, but there could also be benefit by debunking common misconceptions and explaining some of the biomechanics involved. Having SI joint pain also makes doing some exercises painful and difficult, so there may be variations to suggest. Either way, he has already made a good amount of videos on common places of pain and pointed out the bigger issue involved, don't see any problem with doing that here.

There’s at least 5 videos he’s made on SI joint pain if you look on the channel

@@baseballstrengthvideos6872 I guess i'm probably just bad at searching. I'm only aware of the one video on low back and SI joint pain, but it seemed to me it was more about general low back pain, which I don't have. I think he doesn't even mention the SI joint in the video. If you could point me to some videos, I would appreciate it

This video really spoke to me! I, for the first time can understand how my shoulders should be moving. This makes it so much easier to notice and correct my shoulders. Do you have a similar video on hips. With diagrams and arows?

It's called This hip concept changed my career forever. For future reference, if you ever want to see whether someone has made a video about something, you can use the youtube search function. Fo example, if you type in Conor Harris hip arc, youtube finds the video he posted about it 3 months ago.

What if your right shoulder is lower than the left but the left scapula is more winged??? What do you do?

It depends on what your objective assessments are. Without knowing anything else about you, it's likely that you have a ribcage turned to the right side. Not for certain, but a hunch. Imagine if you rounding your left shoulder forward and intentionally winged it. Where would your sternum turn?

Being the left scapula far from the insertion to the humerus, is it posible that the subscapular tendon that form the rotator cuff is always tense, or more tense/stretched than normal?

Realy hard for a layman to follow. I think i need more anatomy knowledge before skipping through terminology this quickly.

Cool, yea, I never actually complained. I fully intend to learn it. It's just that KZbin is a very open platform with people from all walks of life. I just thought it was helpful feedback that it's gone over my head at least.

@tazmanschmidt8317 yes, this video seems to be an introduction to a training Conor offers for people who are already professionals. As a layman looking for self-help, I found it useful to watch this video, as well as Conor's video about the hip arc, to see how the parts of the body can move, just to get a better sense of how my body actually is moving. Seeing the models move helps me feel what's happening in my own body, even if I don't mentally understand a lot of what he's saying. Good luck in your studies (whether you're doing them formally or on your own)! It's fascinating and delightful, isn't it? Bodies are amazing!
