Hey, Conor can you make a video about fixing smoothed lumbar lordosis (the lower spine is completely straight)? There is so little information about it and exercises are only temporary solution. Maybe your method will help for longer lasting recovery. Thanks in advance.

I just had a posterior tongue tie release 4 days ago. It was a huge success and has set of a cascade of positive results. I can now feel my teeth, the bottoms of my feet, my whole left side, I can breathe fully in to my whole diaphragm, all the tension and torque is released, hamstrings are released and for the first time in my life nothing hurts and my entire body feels peaceful. Life force is moving around my body with great intensity. My chiropractor could easily move chronically stuck areas. I still have work to do as my spine was held in an idiopathic scoliosis pattern for a very long time. My chiro has taken X rays just before the procedure and will take more 6 months from now.

This thing untreated can give you tmjd, I know that cause every muscle in your body is contracted if your pelvis don’t work properly. Thanks for the exercises

This was at a commenter that called Connor out on this platform saying that he doesn't respond to people that don't agree with him on a different platform. I don't know where his comment went or what. But it wasn't directed at Connor.

Don’t turn away! That’s late representation of the propulsion, thus ER bias of the connective tissues. We need middle propulsion. Just move forward translating tibia over the foot, without turning.
@conorharris20 сағат бұрын
Respectfully disagree with that model. Max pronation occurs in foot flat phase of gait where the pelvis is most turned away from the stance leg. This is basic gait biomechanics you can find anywhere

Guy is telling half truths and showed people purposely distending their bellies and throwing themselves into extreme anterior pelvic tilt and hyper lordosis of the lumbar. Then when they properly engaged their core he pointed that out as a bad thing. Talk to any PT worth their salt and they’ll let you know that properly engaging your transverse abdomini is crucial for spinal stability and to avoid disc problems. Obviously you allow some flexibility with this for breathing and should engage to varying degrees at different times. Yes, the exercise he showed is good for engaging the obliques and encouraging neutral pelvic position. Scary to see someone put out click bait videos like this that are not telling the whole story, paint things as black and white, and are knowingly deceptive.

jaw position can be fixed with a bite block from a orthodontist, all your doing is repositioning your jaw muscles, none of this would fix your jawline if the bones are not symmetrical, for that you need jaw surgery.

One small problem with releasing any muscle you want to release, you first have to move and regain sensation, then strengthen slowly and surely, and only then can you release or stretch and do acrobatics with it. Thank you for telling the truth.
