In the past, the land for Grand Central Park belong to the Boy Scouts. The taxes are high when considering such expensive homes. The townhomes have an additional fee to the HOA fee. In the middle of the community, there is a waste treatment plant that smelled horrible when we looked at homes there. All this is side, however, it is a gorgeous community.
