I dunno if its a bug or an actual part of the game but I ran out of the zone when the raiders attacked me, and then I reentered the zone after prepping myself up for a fight with items from the inbox. But what waited for me there was that the raider camp completely gone and raider leader was the only one there at where likely the camp was and just said something as he walked back and sits on an invisible chair. It was basically free kill from there as the leader doesnt even move even when being attacked
