The first step worked thanks. For those wondering why you're not authorized to use the slmgr -rearm command is because you need to be an logged in as an administrator, and then open cmd as an administrator. For some like me for example, using the shortcut will open it without admin privileges, you have to go to your windows searchbar, type cmd, right click and ''open as administrator''

This works for me! 1. Go Start, right click *COMPUTER* and go to *Propeties* 2. Go to *Windows Update* at the Second Bottom 3. Go to *Installed Updates* 4. Find KB971033 and uninstall it by double clicking it.. Edit: Once your done Uninstall it, restart your Computer.

my laptop had the same problem is used this method but i didn't had black wallpaper i had the original one and still i cant play any games or smth like tht (entry point not found)
