Just mix whole milk and lemon juice. You make cottage cheese. It tastes way better than store bought cottage cheese. The phosphoric acid in the coke denatures the milk proteins and causes them to curdle. The lemon juice does the same exact thing, you can even use vinegar if you want. If you fill a water bottle halfway with mountain Dew and halfway with milk it will make MTN dilk and if you drink it it's really good but you have to drink it quickly before it gets thick and after drinking about half a bottle and letting it sit in your stomach for a couple of minutes you can feel it start to cheese up and expand and it makes it stomach hurt.
