I love the vicar. So kind and patient and sees the best in Kerry. Fundamentalist Christians would paint him as a do-gooder and simpering, but I prefer him to the charismatic mega church leaders.

I grew up in a small town in the midlands, and find this show incredibly accurate, particularly the way kerry is obsessed with how hard she is, and is convinced she has enemies coming after her with knives and crossbows. This is in no way an exaggeration of uk teenagers. Watching this makes me wish I'd stayed interested in acting and writing, both of which I was pretty good at as a youngster. I can't be the only one who spent the first few episodes convinced I was watching Mackenzie Crook.

Its genius, they obviously have great chemistry, and their timing is so on point, I love the way they both hamg on on to the camera for just half a second or so after they have made an obsersation and then their eyes look away as if they are not worthy of an opinion. My favourite line was when Kerry's Mum need to be turned over in bed and Kurtan was the only one left in the house, so she shouted that the snow shovel was under the stairs, that just cracks me up, as a snow shovel is so practical for the purpose :)

It’s quite funny when I tell people I am from the Cotswolds, they assume we lived on on a country estate and shoot on the weekends. Little do they know it was a council estate and quite difficult actually. The rural poor aren’t as exciting or catered for as the urban youts but that the way it goes. Good programme😀

Only very recently discovered this . I really love it . It reminds me of a patch of time in my own aimless , searching , misspent youth . It has an endless Summer feel to it too . Except I have only seen two or three episodes . They seemed to be set in the Summer Months . I need to see more of this !! Love it . Lived in a village in my teenage years so it resonates for me . And Charlie is ...weirdly attractive .' 😉🌞

Really late to the party on this and only picked up on it from the press round they've been doing to promote this final series. Have now just binge-watched it all up to Ep. 2 of series 3. Fantastic. ah, is that while the first episode of season three was really flat?? i was rolling in laughter through each episode, especially season two which was the best, but episode one of season three was the only episode where i only laughed once, and it was only a small chuckle. it spent way too much time in that recycling centre.
