In NA server there's a pantheon one trick who is high diamond-master but his playstyle is much different. He goes toplane pantheon and presence of mind for mana, bloodline for lifesteal and last stand- starts Dorans blade instead of corrupting for early lane damage. He gets Serrated dirk first back and rushes sanguine blade into triforce into deaths dance. Usually rounds it out with spirit visage and GA or Duskblade. He can 1v3 mid game teamfights and basically can't die. Ive tried the strat myself and it feels like the best way to build pantheon top right now. You can actually solo baron with tri-sanguine-deaths dance. Mid is a different story of course.

Actually, only the thrown Q is an execute. You have the choice between tapping Q to get a cd refund or holding it for the bonus execute damage and range but no cd refund

Empowered Q doesn't become an execute, it increases the damage of the Q by a big amount. Your Q always has execute for targets below 20% hp, empowered or not.

Problem with Galios plan is it required him to have been a pantheon player or a roam style player to begin with - that way he could predict which champs pantheon would flank for BEFORE he got there

The reason he ignores wards, is the fight is happening, NOW, the ward isn't going anywhere. If he wins these fights he can take objectives and then clear them, you can't clear a ward, then join the fight at an optimal time.

It's interesting to see 2nd hand commentary from a person who isn't piloting. Moving past the obvious mistakes you made, like how his empowered abilities work, I would have liked to see more early game aggression and poke. Especially at lvl 2+3. I wonder what the player was thinking. Why he chose to not play as aggressive as he could have. Even just tap Q pokes, doesn't even have to be empowered, are really good early on.

The thing is that he's challenger. Pantheon is teamplay focused champ, and as such, his winrate goes up with rank. Don't expect to emulate his play and climb easy.
