You need zappies and earthquake with this deck, then you are all set. Zappies instead of barbs and Earthquake for flying machine since you can breakthrough buildings and ground swarm easier that way plus defense assistance. that way this deck wound be even more unstoppable and less expensive at the same time.

I don't really follow the meta but I've been using sparky since I unlocked it back in arena 6. The deck i currently use is Goblin giant, sparky, lumberjack, musketeer, fireball, zap, guards and minions. Still works well enough for me.

Honestly, the mother witch feels a little like magic archer when it first came out. The stats are very weak, but the card has a quite high skill cap and when used right generates insane value.
