A little tip for this deck, it's worth thinking about hulkbuster. Because when you use hulkbuster on a card and after merging it has more than 10 power, it will add an additional 3 power to Surtur. For example, when you use hulkbuster on Attum, Surtur gets 3 power at that moment. So it turns out that hulkbuster is a 2/6 card if played correctly. The same in the case when surtur already has 3 power, when we previously played a +10 power card, Surtur is 3/8 and when you play hulkbuster on him, he will get +3 power from hulkbuster and an additional +3 power from his text, so the thing is that if you already have Surtur 3/8, you play hulkbuster and it merging with it, Surtur is 3/11 and then 3/14.

Also warpath if you don't have one of the other 4s works atm. Idk if it's a bug or not but if warpaths effect goes off it buffs surtur

how about agony into any 10+ power card? does surtur buffs twice when agony merged

@@bryans.1160 I didn't say anything about it being warpaths effect that was bugged. I Surturs text says after you play a 10 power card. Warpath is a 5 power card before his effect.

My deck: Sunspot, quinjet, shocker, magik, surtur, moon girl, high evolutionary, attuma, crossbones, she hulk, skarr, and hulk. It’s busted. You dupe your she hulks and skarrs and drop them on the very last turn

My current list is Zabu, Martyr, Armor, Luke, Cosmo, Negasonic, Surtur, Crossbones, Mary, Cull, Sasquatch, Skaar. Attuma to me just feels like a mistake in the build. I've also seen people running Aero and it almost always ends with them losing.

Aero is almost always a mistake in this deck, especially in Mirror Matches. She'll just move a 10 to her location, making her power at that location negated. If you really want a 5 cost 10, use Black Panther. All a card needs to be is a 10 when it resolves. So he will be a 10 when he's done, then Surtur will count him.

You can replace one of the 4s with warpath just have to make sure you have an empty space when you play him and it will buff surtur. Not sure if its a bug but it works atm

Remember that all a card needs is to be 10 when it resolves. So any card that is 10 when it lands will work. So if you use Warpath for example, it's a 10 when it resolves, so it'll effect Surtur. Same with Black Panther. It's a 10 when it resolves.

Anti-surtur should be something like: Usagent, Ajax, scorpion, silver sable, casandra nova, shang, shadow king, etc.

Scorpion, Cassandra, and Enchantress if they run Cage. She also helps kill Armor so you can Shang. You could also run Misery to double the Scorpion and Cassandra in the Armor lane.
