There's been a huge change to Black Widow where she is now ACTIVATE and I actually really like the change! She's great and way more flexible now with this deck because you can either use her on the last turn to boost your ronan, or on an earlier turn to boost your darkhawk. But, you can't actually activate her if you just play her on the last turn, so I guess thats the main downside but generally you didn't want to play her on your last turn anyways!

Black widow buff?? She can’t be grandmastered, bounced, or miseried. Even the way you’re using her to stack their hand on turn 6, she’s just a 3-6. For this purpose, master mould is also a 2-6 lmao

While I do think that Widow got nerfed, I think its in a way that makes her a bit more nuanced in how you play her rather than just mindless disruption. She FEELS like she gives more choice, even if the effect hasn't changed and that's pretty cool.

i like dark hawk decks till the beginning but ronan was always kinda weak till this day but i like the change of widow for it. Because also rockslide ist now on 4 und you are playing widow often on 3. NOW it has more power and more and more variance

They make stupid decisions that no sane player would do, for example, placing a Bucky Barnes into an armor lane then a carnage into the same lane. Its also very common for bots to play decks that don't really make sense, for example, armor and daredevil with destroy cards, they also normally have the goblins in their deck. They also usually snap as soon as they have an advantage and retreat on round 5 if they are losing.

Why not activate black widow on turn 5? I know he wants to make ronan bigger but he negates a draw and still makes him bigger by activating on 5 because there is no reason to play the kiss on 6

I think it’s due to its text being changed from on reveal to activate. I'm pretty sure the animation is attached to the on-reveal, so when it turns to activate it doesn't cause the animation. They have to attach the animation to activate. Why they don't do this before releasing the change I don't know.

Bro said "buff" lol For it to be a buff she would need to cost a lot less, otherwise she's pretty useless. With GM and Misery you would do a lot more with her (to a bit of an oppressive degree? sure), but calling this a buff is lowkey not understanding at all what they did to the card.
