There are a few options for this model. One option adds a 4th BR & full bath off that office area. Another option adds a porch with a fireplace instead of the BR & bath. Deer Valley offers a great line of homes. My favorite models are the Carleton, Anais, Kairos II, and Yule

The master toilet closet needs and should have a window, I wonder if that is something you can request be put in.? Other than that this is a very nice home with a nice layout and I would consider buying it and love the water heater in a closet of its own behind a hinged door in the laundry room. And the guest bath I like that the toilet is behind a separate door too. Very nicely designed home.

Lovely home, if I were to pick this home,, I opt for he 4th bedroom option. However, I would have the master on the opposite side of the house. That would it possible to enlarge the bedroom closet in the three bedroom on the left side of the house...making it more balance for curve side appearance.

I keep coming back! This is magnificent! In its layout, size of rooms, places to put freezers and add China hutches, there are so many arrangements of furniture that could be used. I just love this house. Add a 10ft wrap around deck/ porch that allows other doors inserted, like french doors, through the over large bedrooms. A huge wrap around porch could be put entirely around the house, with landscaping, with step down platform deck in front of the main entry door, that could have wrought iron furniture, huge urns for cherry trees and other plants that grow large, ie lilacs, mock orange, peonies, sweet smelling floral shrubs, and 10 foot wrap deck with overhead plexiglass roofing for wrap porch. Landscaping beyond that. Couple even accommodate screened in area or set stage for a seal up so it could be heated for cooler/cold weather entertainment, places to eat. Anything possible with something this size. Just magnificent piece of real estate.

I love the floor plan. I never see floor plans of traditional built homes with so many extra touches. I would love to take this floor plan and build a traditional home on a slab with a wrap around porch. I love the kitchen living room and dining area. Also the arched doorways are a nice touch. The washroom is awesome. Didn’t give the price. I am sure it’s close to 300k. Which is crazy. My first home was a single wide 14 X 80. It had 3 bedrooms and two baths. Washer and dryer were located in the hallway going to the master bedroom area. We purchased the mobile home in 1980 for 14k. The reason we bought it was because the interest rate at the time was 17%. Made it impossible to afford a traditional built home. One house we liked was only 65K. I was an all brick over 3 thousand square feet on an acre of land. Then we moved to Colorado and our company my husband worked for said they would move the trailer up there from Louisiana. I looked up the specs on it and decided to sell it because it was rated for hurricanes not snow. So we did buy a traditional home there. The interest rates had dropped to about 7%. Which was much better. We paid 79,900 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath trilevel 1500 square foot home with a 400 square foot basement. We left 7 years and sold it for 130k. Which was 1996. It sold last year for 565 thousand. Crazy prices in Colorado. I have 23 acres with two homes. One is 1500 square feet 2 bedrooms two baths and a small office room. The main house is 2800 square feet 2 1/2 baths huge living room 4 bedrooms and a huge office/playroom, in ground liner pool with a large shed with an air conditioner. It appraised for 325thousand two years ago. Crazy difference in prices. Anyway now that I have totally bored everyone. Lol! I like this model.

Wow! That fireplace was the first thing that caught my attention when you first came in! It’s beautiful. Nice kitchen. I would like if the sink and stove top could trade places. I would use that little room with the desk to look up and study recipes, make out grocery list…etc. The rooms are nice and spacious! The master bath has an awesome shower! This is really the first modular home that I can possibly see myself living in. The industry has come a long way since I lived in a double wide back in the Eighties. Tim, have any of the modular home manufacturers designed a true wood burning fireplace or wood stove for home heating? It seems the fireplaces are natural gas or propane. Is it a zoning issue in most places, or more on the manufacturing materials end of things?

Yes, gorgeous wide wrap around decks. With big Landscaped garden in the front. cherry tree and lilacs. You go from rich red tone cabinets to yellow wood dining table. The two don’t mix. You need god decorators with taste to decorate to really sell these homes. What kind of furniture you put in, arrangement f it and accent colors picked up in wall hangings, vases, table decor makes or breaks a house. Modern pop art doesn’t go with rich wood, forest colors. Think Impressionist and not Modigliani.
