We toured Patriot Homes as well and loved this one! Personally I wouldn't put the sink on the kitchen island and would need a kitchen window.

The foyer is absolutely beautiful - I LOVE it; love the big window in the foyer!! That office would be turned into a nice "Sitting Area" or something else. I like the cabinets in the dining room - this is different, but nice. Nice size walk-in Pantry. Separate Utility Room and Service Porch - nice touch to this home. Thanks for sharing.

Having a floor plan with a dedicated room for an office is a BIG plus. As long as this model can be ordered with ceiling vents and not floor vents.

It is a beautiful home, I love the kitchen, & office. I would have to make a layout change, such as the guest suite needs to be separated from the master suite. So I would want the office space in between the master and the guest suites.

Wow, huge home! I need an office for my job, but don't need a fourth bedroom or use the fourth bedroom as an office/guest room. I think I would use the upstairs as an attic and add a finished basement. Beautiful home! 😍

I absolutely like this home, 😍👌 I think I would make the master bedroom and bathroom a little more roomy especially the bathroom. Everything else looks great and I do like the option of having a office room with a half bathroom right next to it and a basement door/stairs, those were the best options. What a Gem 💎💕👍

Very nice. Great floorplan! I'd choose the alternate plane shown at beginning of video where there's the living/kitchenette/ensuite bedroom. And I would upgrade closets with wood shelving and metal hanging rods. It would have LVP throughout, no carpet! And cabinetry throughout would NOT be white.

Awesome, I love the pantry, for the fireplace, I'd like one for the living room as well, I'd use the 2nd floor as storage for decorations and stuff like that, put an outlet or two in it to plug my fan in to stay cool while I'm in there or a heater to stay warm if it gets cold.

Wish the living room had a bit more wall space not quite so open to the dining/kitchen. Did you note the difference in the lower kitchen cabinets the area usually designed as a short shelf inside is set at a angle so the lids are easier to grasp.

Toured this home the other day, absolutely loved it. They change we would make is turning the bedroom off the master into a master suite. The closet in the master was a little underwhelming and you can customize where you feel the need, so that would be our only change. Everything else ♥

This one is a winner. Lots of attic space for blowing in insulation. Do not know about window quality as they skip over that in these homes. Need a drywall package as an option for further insulation in colder climates. Would consider buying this one.

Wow! I love that one! I love everything except the backsplash in the kitchen. Those cabinets in the dining area would be perfect for table linens, games, books… all sorts of things. The office is amazing! 37 weeks = misery that only those who have been that pregnant know. Lol Tim, sounds like you need to try one of those sympathy pregnancy things so guys can understand. 😂😂😂😂 Just wearing a heavy sack could never replicate a baby kicking your bladder or stretching up into your lungs and shoving air out of you! 😂😂 The swelling feet, the lack of sleep and not being able to eat because your body is just too full of baby. 😂😂 It’s been over 19 years since I’ve done it and I still remember it very well. You never forget. It’s a misery all it’s own. I went 3 weeks over with my son (I think someone’s math may have been off) so I was like 41 weeks and our a/c went out! Luckily my dad’s best friend fixed it for me so we were only out for a couple of days. A couple of very long days. Hang in there Jen!

😂😂 I think he definitely needs one of those sympathy pregnancy things or they've done it where they tape a huge watermelon over the guys belly. That would be good too... Still not the same but a glimpse into what it's like lol. In all honestly though he's actually been really amazing through the whole pregnancy. I really don't think I could've asked for more. I do hope Rory makes his appearance sooner rather than later though...I don't know what I'd do if he were that late😬

Apart from tired or dui driver slamming into house this property is good. Not big fan of checking cabinets when other details can be shown eg seating areas, Dinning table in more details etc. But good presentation 😎👍

I really like this home, but you really don't have a dining room. That's basically a eat in minchin. I like an open concept, it's what I grew up with, my Mom called our family kitchen, dining and family room ...a keeping room. We had a separate living and dining room, and I still prefer them. I'd add dormers and have two bedrooms and a bath upstairs, reconfigure the first floor to include a truel dining room and make the office a separate living room.

This square footage, you need extra freezer space! This is a house for entertainment! You need logical place for extra fridge for beer, wine, food trays for entertainment! Need to consider this when you lay out the footage for rooms.
