Howdy y'all from East Texas! Its so easy to turn this recipe into Tex-Mex, by adding a pinch of Cumin, and with crumbled tortilla chips and queso cheese! So yummy! Add a dollop of sour cream or some salsa fresca! Heaven!!

Another Texas girl here. I’m from Mt. Pleasant, Tx. In the NE. I haven’t been there in years. I live in northern Utah now. I’d move back there but all my kids are here in Utah. For some reason they think Utah is the only place to live. Can’t go without the mountains. Me, I love the rolling plains of northeast Texas. However, Nibley, Utah is in Cache Valley in the north and is picturesque, very lovely. Anyway, ya’ll take care.

I'm was looking at this and thought I'll give it try, I have a set of small Tortilla bowls, and a pk of vegetable Tortillas in the freezer, and mottzella cheese, but I don't have the ingredients tomatoes and green onions, so I'm using eggs cooked bacon white onions and shredded mottzella cheese. 😊

I had all the ingredients handy, so went ahead and made the quiche i had described yesterday this morning... asparagus, bacon, onion, etc, on a flat bread wrap ... just as i described. Baked in the oven 355°F for 35+ minutes. In fact i'm eating it now, and man oh man!!...is it ever good! Easy as pie. Thanks again. Excellent! Nutmeg is the secret ingredient that takes it over the top.

Like a quiche without the hassle of preparing pastry. I think I'll try this with chopped white onion sauteed with bacon (or sausage) and asparagus, put into flatbread shell, sprinkle cheese(s) over that, add a dollop of sour cream, salt & pepper, possibly a pinch of sage or thyme, and parsley to the egg mixture and pour over, top with a pinch of fresh ground nutmeg, bake, and voila! ...Yeah? 😊🇨🇦
