FULL MODIFIED RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 pound of potatoes
1/2 onion
1 zucchini
A head of garlic
5 baby peppers
1-2 cups of kale
1 tomato
1 cup chick pea
2 cup of fresh parsley
1/2 of lime juice
1 cup of potato liquid
Little bag of orange sauce
1 bag of vegan chick’n
Salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, almond milk, red wine vinegar and coconut aminos to taste
Directions:
Boil potatoes and mash them.
Cut all vegetables into a small pieces. Chop
Parsley and kale.
Add onion in a pot and let it sauté until soft.
Add garlic, squash and peppers . Let it sauté for a few minutes. Add chick’n and slow to
sauté for 10 minutes.
Incorporate kale and tomatoes. Add potato liquid and orange sauce. Cook until tomatoes and kale soften. Add salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard and coconut aminos. Sauté for another minute.
Turn heat off . Add milk, parsley, chick peas and lime juice. Mix everything well.
Top your potatoes with vegetable sauce!
