The rice salad with pineapple, peppers and homemade mayonnaise not only tastes great, this salad is quick and easy to prepare and looks great too. This summer salad is also a delicious and healthy side dish for your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for the rice salad
300 grams of rice
1 can of corn
1 pepper
250 grams of pineapple
100 g almond milk (alternatively oat, soy or cow's milk)
200 grams of oil
50 ml pineapple juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
1 tsp honey
1.5 tsp curry
1 teaspoon sweet or hot paprika

So lecker sieht er aus. Nicht so trocken wie man das bei vielen kennt. Genau mein Salat. Egal ob Saure Sahne Schmand oder Joghurt. Hauptsache er ist nicht Furz trocken.
