My kids have the T5500, I have a T7500, and my friend has a T3500/T7500. The kid's T5500 is basically a backup unit now but back in the day it was considered a fairly powerful machine. Quad Core 3.06Ghz hyper-threaded CPU, 12GB DDR3 Reg ECC, Raid 0 250GB WD Blue, Wifi G PCI, and a GTX 560 Ti 1.5GB. That's laughable now, but at one time it was a stout machine.

These were capable machines at the time and the fact they still run shows the difference between "Workstation" level hardware and "Consumer" hardware. This machine is around 12 years old based on the CPU in it. Asking $350 for it is high. If I had a $350-450 budget I would look at the Dell T5810 model which is around 4 years newer and much more capable.

Thanks for your input! Yeah, even with the RAM capacity and such, it wasn't worth terribly much all things considered.

@@JeffsTechOfficial Yeah i tried it worked but if i accidentally put ventoy on my ssd that was meant for my windows 10 and it says MBR EFI what can i do? its the only storage device i have
@JeffsTechOfficial8 ай бұрын
well, you could always just reinstall ventoy onto your flash drive properly, place the Windows ISP onto your flash drive, then once you're in the install screen for Windows, you'll hit shift+F10 on you keyboard. you'll use a command called "diskpart" to wipe your SSD and then you can install Windows as normal. I cover this command in my original Windows tutorial video, but you can also Google how to use it.
