Behind success is years of practice, learning and failure. The more you try, fail and study the market and industry the more you learn. That's how you eventually get a game to take off. I wouldn't call myself an expert, but these are the 5 most important things that I learned in all my research and through all of my failures over the years. Instead of complaining, be grateful that you are getting years of someone's experience and learning condensed into 5 main points - all for free!

However, owning a somewhat successful game on Roblox is not an indicator of one's proficiency in the development/marketing/game design field whatsoever. The tips you've shared are obvious and commonly known, and every decent developer follows them while creating an ambitious project. They're all very good pieces of advice, that's true, but cut the bullshit - they are no success tricks. If your game doesn't get picked up by the algorithm, you are helpless. There are hundreds of good practices (some of which you've shared here) that add a little drop into the basin, and then you can pour in a few buckets yourself - that's money, and then comes a stranger with a garden hose and pours in an unknown amount of water - that's the algorithm, social media exposure, and other factors out of your control.

@@Poepy My second released game, yet I have dozens of other games over the years that I worked on and failed. And a lot of what I know comes from just doing research and studying others. But I never claimed to be an expert - because I'm not. I'm not sure what you're mad about here. RoBuilder asked me for my top 5 tips based on what Ive learned over the years. You admit yourself the tips are good - just be grateful and call it a day! No need to complain about labels that I never used :)
