This Dhikr Frees You From The Fire
‎اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَصْبَحْتُ أُشْهِدُكَ ، وَأُشْهِدُ حَمَلَةَ عَرْشِكَ وَمَلَائِكَتَكَ وَجَمِيْعَ خَلْقِكَ ، أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللّٰهُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَكَ ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُوْلُكَ.
Allāhumma innī aṣbaḥtu ush-hiduk, wa ush-hidu ḥamlata ʿarshik, wa malā’ikatika wa jamīʿa khalqik, an-naka Anta-llāhu lā ilāha illā Anta waḥdak, lā sharīka lak, wa anna Muḥammadan ʿabduka wa rasūluk.
O Allah, I have entered the morning, and I call upon You, the bearers of Your Throne, Your angels and all creation, to bear witness that surely You are Allah. There is no god worthy of worship except You Alone. You have no partners, and that Muḥammad ﷺ is Your slave and Your Messenger.

Imam Abu Dawud (rahimahullah) and other Muhaddithun have also recorded the following version: Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Whoever recites the following in the morning or evening once, Allah will free a quarter of him from the fire. If he recites it twice, Allah will free half of him. If he recites it thrice, Allah will free three quarters of him and whoever recites it four times, Allah will free him [completely] from Jahannam: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَصْبَحْتُ أُشْهِدُكَ وَأُشْهِدُ حَمَلَةَ عَرْشِكَ وَمَلَائِكَتَكَ، وَجَمِيعَ خَلْقِكَ بأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُولُكَ Allahumma inni asbahtu ushhiduka wa ushhidu hamalata ‘arshika wa malaikataka wa jami’a khalqika bi-annaka antAllahu la ilaha illa anta wa anna Muhammadan ‘abduka wa rasuluka O Allah! I enter upon morning, making You a witness, as well as the bearers of Your ‘Arsh, Your angels and Your entire creation that You are Allah. There is no Deity but You and Muhammad is Your slave and Messenger.” (Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith: 5030) Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith sound (hasan) due to corroboration.

In this Sheikh's dua series, he mentioned that scholars such as Abu Dawud authenticated it,and others did not. But we followed the opinion that it is authentic

We can follow either opinion (either it's authentic or it's not), but we have no knowledge of the transmissions of ahadeeth. We can only follow a scholar, and Abu Bakr Zoud said we will go by the opinion that it is authentic Insha-Allah. So Insha-Allah we will not be sinful. Besides... Have good hope in Allah azza-wa-jal! Perhaps He will accept our dua because we believe He Will Accept it from us!

In islam, we always make supplications to the creator. These supplications have been taught by the prophet p.b.u.h. in these ways if we practice the prescribed actions and supplications, then the creator will give you certain rewards and benefits in this life and the next. But bad actions and wrong deeds can spoil the good and be wrtitten down as bad.

At-Tirmithee collected it in his Jaami’ (#3501) and called it ghareeb (strange), not hasan as mentioned in the question. A hadeeth is usually dha’eef (weak, unauthentic) when At-Tirmithee says it is ghareeb. According to this opinion yes
