Very nice young man you have been spending time with having a good time. My husband passed 20 yrs ago and I'm now dating my very first boyfriend from about 50 yrs ago. This just proves you never know who you will grow old with. The idea you have in your head may not be what you finish with. My husband was a former biker who treated me like gold so look beyond what's in your head. Leave yourself and your heart open to the possibilities. As a vegan, trust me, there's a big learning curve with the just egg 🤣 I messed it up the first few times, burned it, etc, but its pretty wild once you get it down lol. Also great for baking where egg is needed!

I like seeing different camera angles, the beginning of the video you put it on the counter you can see a wider angle of you picking your coffee and different angle of the kitchen which is fun to see I know it might get hard to find good spots or get the camera to stay but its like “unlocking a new angle” it’s exciting even though you’re doing your usual routine. These little chocolate balls are actually called "Brigadeiro" in Brazil, it's VERY common and old tradition at birthday parties along the cake! (the plain dark chocolate ones) but then they started doing other kind as we call them more "gourmet" ones! so yes, they're so good isnt it?

I love skating and skiing. Grew up on a lake, use to love skating at night. We had a huge spotlight on our house. I miss skiing too. I had a knee injury and can no longer do either. I do snowmobiling now. lol

When you said you were going to eat it anyways I almost fell over. I’m allergic to eggs and you definitely need to keep it in the fridge! 😂 It should be a little thicker. If you can find the frozen version for quick breakfast sandwiches GO FOR IT! I make a breakfast sandwich with it everyday lately! Allergy friendly alternatives have gotten SO MUCH BETTER!

I can’t use the justegg anymore bc I found I’m allergic to soy 💔 but when I used to make it, I would cook veggies first. I liked onion, tomato, mushrooms and spinach. Then add the justegg and it absorbs the flavor of the veggies. Add seasonings, avo, and sriracha and omg amazing!! 😵‍💫🥲 also if I wanted it fluffier I would add the tiniest amount of water 💧

I was always told not to wash mushrooms, just to use a damp towel and brush them off. Also, I fell taking down my Christmas ornaments on NYE and ended up in the emergency room in Atlanta, GA. The Covid side of my ER was bare...not ONE person...was there the entire 3 hours I was in the ER. Color me surprised since that's all we hear about!!
