Tara, Happy 30th Birthday. Know this, it only gets better. I'm 70 a female and a widow for almost 7 yrs. My favorite decade was my 40's. I was finally comfortable in my own skin, felt confident and really didn't care what anyone else thought. An old friend told me I was aging like a fine wine. funny story, i was skeptical about this whole ‘energy’ thing until a friend told me about this book, magnetic aura. at first i thought it was just another self-help fad, all those books that say “just believe in yourself” or whatever. but something about the way she spoke about it made me curious, and then i realized a lot of people i know had read it too. they’ve been talking about feeling more centered, like they’re able to handle stress better and not get pulled into negativity the way they used to. i’ve been noticing people who’ve read it seem calmer, more at peace with themselves, even when things get crazy. at first i thought it was just coincidence, but now i’m starting to think it’s not. i’m not saying it’s some magic solution to life’s problems, but it seems to shift the way you see the world, and that can make a huge difference. if you’ve been feeling drained or stuck in a rut, it could be worth considering. it’s not for everyone, but it might be for you.
