The Plague Bearer is based off of the infected Argentinosaurus in Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal series in S1E7: "Plague of Madness". The poor animal gets infected by a plague that causes its body to decay, resulting in the blood vomit attack and undead appearance. And two quick corrections: at 16:40, the dinosaurs were killed off by a meteor impact (and events that resulted from it), so fire or explosives would be more appropriate, especially since the sick sauropod in Primal was put out of its misery in a volcanic lava pit. At 17:05, dinosaurs are actually believed to be warm-blooded animals like birds. Just figured I'd share some dino knowledge while I'm here

Idea: restrain the plague bearer with harpoons, make sure the harpooners are in a circle formation like you did with the greater dragon. Also make sure that the harpooners are farther by maybe using a flag bearer. Then take a couple of ranged units to slowly kill the dinosaur to see if its appearance changes when it takes damage.
