This is why I like your channel it’s all legit. You don’t go to private lakes and just catch them all day long. You show when it’s slow and teach us what we can do. Keep it up.

This is the education content that keeps me coming back to your channel over and over. I love the full process of idle around graphing, to finding the pattern and catching the fish. I love content like this

After living in the Northern Hemisphere for the majority of my life I settled down in SC. I decided to focus on bass fishing the same lake for an entire year. Up until recently I was lucky to have 3 fish days. I watched this video on Tuesday night and went fishing the following day. Your video also changed my fishing forever. I started my morning on structure and had zero luck. The water was extremely quiet. I decided to search for those pelagic fish and ended up finding the bass pushing the shad into a point and area I had found using your teachings. I had a five fish creel just over 12 pounds. I will recommend you to my buddies any time the subject comes up. Thank you Thank you thank you!

I noticed that you use a different frequency for different screens. Can you do a video explaining which frequency to use for each screen? Very much appreciated and thanks for another great video!

Great video Jonny - thanks for the valuable content. I learned things I can use on my next trip. Also - thanks for uploading as an FTM podcast. Great to listen to as I’m driving to the lake.

Great video. Shows the trials and tribulations we ALL go through. The casting, frustration, hang ups....everything we experience. I fish on Beaver 2x per week and really love the videos.

Great videos, have had side scan for 2 years and have learned so much how to use it. Still learning from every on the water instructional video you do. Using the range rings and direction indicator. Thanks so much for great videos and content.👍

It is so mentally hard to go scope and see everything I am not catching with little or no success. But there is that time that some do bite. It can get mind blowing to see how much a school can travel in speed, distance and depth. Thanks!

As always I enjoy your vids, especially this type showing how you locate fish. To me that’s the hard part of fishing and I’d bet most others! Keep them coming!

You always remind me that I don't scan or use 2D near enough. I miss bottom fish with AT2 habitually! I was also begging u to throw the flutter spoon on those baitballs.

Are your two range rings set at 25' & 50' feet or 50' and 100 feet? Love this format of on the water good and bad experience and how to target either ambush fish vs. pelagic fish. Thanks.

Jonny could fish at the highest levels of professional angling. I’ve never seen another fisherman as gifted at using his electronics to locate various types of cover and how the bass are relating to the cover without relying heavily on the use of forward facing sonar.

It’s heading extension and you can adjust the length of how far it extends. Without sitting in the boat it’s hard to say but it’s under the settings menu on the chart. Edwin Evers has a great video on how he sets up his hds units that includes that feature.

Could you do a video on how to catch fish in a Lowland reservoir off the bank? We fish a lot of them up north and it's difficult to use electronics when the max depth is 10-12 ft

Definitely would throw A-rig with FF. Video shows it is really hard to catch them because you have to drop lure on their nose is my guess.

The new low rance eagle eye will not have side imaging but will have front facing sonar. Is it worth sacrificing side imaging for front facing?

That's a perfect jigging spoon scenario. Your slow minnow is for basically inactive fish. In my opinion.

Go to bassmaster's channel and find the Lake Ouachita Open tournament 2024 and watch it. They we're dropping to suspended fish around grass, brush piles, and timber with jig head minnows.

How does Randy Blaukat still associate with you and your cheater box. For something that takes no skill to do you sure made it look tough lol. You are supposed to just throw your little minnow down their and they just automatically bite.
