This is why I like your channel it’s all legit. You don’t go to private lakes and just catch them all day long. You show when it’s slow and teach us what we can do. Keep it up.

After living in the Northern Hemisphere for the majority of my life I settled down in SC. I decided to focus on bass fishing the same lake for an entire year. Up until recently I was lucky to have 3 fish days. I watched this video on Tuesday night and went fishing the following day. Your video also changed my fishing forever. I started my morning on structure and had zero luck. The water was extremely quiet. I decided to search for those pelagic fish and ended up finding the bass pushing the shad into a point and area I had found using your teachings. I had a five fish creel just over 12 pounds. I will recommend you to my buddies any time the subject comes up. Thank you Thank you thank you!

Great video. Shows the trials and tribulations we ALL go through. The casting, frustration, hang ups....everything we experience. I fish on Beaver 2x per week and really love the videos.

Great videos, have had side scan for 2 years and have learned so much how to use it. Still learning from every on the water instructional video you do. Using the range rings and direction indicator. Thanks so much for great videos and content.👍

It is so mentally hard to go scope and see everything I am not catching with little or no success. But there is that time that some do bite. It can get mind blowing to see how much a school can travel in speed, distance and depth. Thanks!

You always remind me that I don't scan or use 2D near enough. I miss bottom fish with AT2 habitually! I was also begging u to throw the flutter spoon on those baitballs.

Are your two range rings set at 25' & 50' feet or 50' and 100 feet? Love this format of on the water good and bad experience and how to target either ambush fish vs. pelagic fish. Thanks.

Jonny could fish at the highest levels of professional angling. I’ve never seen another fisherman as gifted at using his electronics to locate various types of cover and how the bass are relating to the cover without relying heavily on the use of forward facing sonar.

Hey good morning another great video thank you so much quick question for you on your lorentzsettings how do I get the straight line coming off of your directional black arrow from the front of the boat what setting do I go to on my Lorentz settings thank you so much
@AstrosErinАй бұрын
It’s heading extension and you can adjust the length of how far it extends. Without sitting in the boat it’s hard to say but it’s under the settings menu on the chart. Edwin Evers has a great video on how he sets up his hds units that includes that feature.

Could you do a video on how to catch fish in a Lowland reservoir off the bank? We fish a lot of them up north and it's difficult to use electronics when the max depth is 10-12 ft

The only pelagic fish i ever come across on the ohio river are white bass or gizzard shad eating up threadfins.

That's a perfect jigging spoon scenario. Your slow minnow is for basically inactive fish. In my opinion.
