One of my highlights for Sundays is actually watching Simple Living with BIATA. Seriously, always a good morning when I see an upload from your channel, such an inspirational journey you're sharing; AND it's always great knowing all those haters who said you couldn't do it, are eating crow. LOL Such a HUGE Project to take on, especially without having any experience. I don't know you personally, but I'm so proud of you and your husband and family for supporting you, is just amazing. :-) Great Job Biata, hope you and the FAM have an awesome week. - BC

OH. MY WORD!!!! To go back through from start to now is AMAZING!!! Young Lady, you are amazing! You took on a huge task to learn all you have learned to build a home for your family. And here you are - ready for drywall - the home stretch. I was overwhelmed just watching this timeline and all the major task you took on that were daunting!!! I'm excited to see the completion of your home and the outside projects you want to accomplish!!! Now just get ready for a time consuming, boring task!!! LOL Yes, drywall is so time consuming, but it's the final part to get ready for installing your kitchen and bathroom.

I have been following you almost from the beginning and you doubted your abilities, but your drive saved you at every moment. In the beginning you only had Plan A, but over time you developed Plan B, Plan C and that's how you got to where you are now. Keep up the good work and greetings from Spain.👍👍💪💪

I am compelled to comment publicly for the first time on KZbin. Your series is hands down the best resource I've consumed. A few years ago I bought a 1950s home with great bones, very livable for my family, which includes a 5 and a 3 year old...but with 30 billion projects needed. Not having the capital to embark on any of them, I've resorted to educating myself on how a home functions and the systems that makes it up, with the hope of prioritizing each project in sequential order of what needs to happen first and tackling them when circumstances allows. Your journey has taught me so much, the style you've chosen each week to include the failures along with the success has been perfect. Can't wait to see the progress this year and the future projects you'll embark upon. Continue doing you. People need to live and let live. Huge fan of yours is an understatement. Cheers from Las Vegas, Nevada.

What a lovely review of the process you went through to accomplish your goals! Things do not come into reality by just wishing they would. Preparation, planning, obtaining advice, etc. also require the willingness to learn, to not be afraid to ask for advice and encouragement, and growing constantly in confidence - they are all part of a building process. And you have grown as you proceeded in the construction of the home for you and your family (and that is actually in the reverse order!). Congratulations on your achievements thus far, and on building the relations with trades people and others that you could ask for advice, or discuss the progress you were going through. Hats off to realizing who you were for yourself - and growing the courage to continue on when the going got tough, tougher than you had counted on, yet never too tough to give up. Keep it up Biata! I stand amazed!!

Hi new subscriber here. I love watching us women take control and get it done. You are an inspiration. I just have one comment, well beyond that. Nature is so beautiful and being able to have a deer eat from your hand is magic, it is also dangerous for them. If you want to make sure they eat put the food somewhere and let them find it. By feeding them from your hand you're teaching them they can trust humans and the next one they walk up to for food might shoot them.
