@@bellavita4048there are no laws to protect animals in their country. They HAVE to return even the most neglected or abused animals to their owners. There are no shelters either. The way Sonia explained it was that their country is about 60 years behind first world countries in the care of animals. And it breaks their hearts every single time. They often make deals with neglectful owners that they will groom for free for the dogs lifetime if they will just get the dog to their groom house

@@leslieshand4509 which country is this? I didn't realize it was another country but I put Morals as a priority. I would ask the owner to relinquish the dog (for a fee even) and personally find a good home for her/him. Try to convince them it is best under the circumstances. I appreciate your message and the reminder that people (groomers) do donate their time to make a difference and hopefully there are also Vet services for free care so people in need can get care for their animals.❤

That poor wee boy was in a terrible state! And although he didn’t seem to be enjoying his experience too much, he certainly looked relieved to be rid of all that matted hair! How different he looked, and he was so white and clean….congrats on another incredible groom!!! 🙏🦋❤️🐕🌈👍

I think having a separate grooming service is important because you need one on one time ,the dog is usually nervous about what is happening and many times they are confused and are not used to the whole process by grooming separately they can have time to calm down and not get overwhelmed whelmed by other dogs.thanks for the help and service you provide making their life easier and better

You are absolutely correct to keep neglected dogs apart from other well-cared-for pets… it prevents the spread of ectoparasites & highly communicable ailments like kennel cough or distemper… since you have no idea about the neglected dogs state of health. Safety first, for everyone.❤

He turned out very cute! And separating the neglected dogs is justified. In addition to taking longer, they may have behavioral problems, or fleas and ticks you do NOT want to spread onto your regular customers. Luckily, this dog did not have any.

Very good job I love the controlled pace you go at, you never exceed the feed rate of your clippers which saves the blades from damage and premature dulling. Also it doesn’t yank on the dogs fur. Both of your English is coming along nicely every week

A neglected dog means more time for grooming and the salon should be told ahead of time for that reason. I would think the owner would want the best care for their dog, but they have neglected this dog for whatever reason already. You took great care of this pup!

I am curious: no-one explains why they change clipper heads from time to time (except I heard you say once that you were using a smaller head because the dog's paws were small).
