About the game:
Black Myth: Wukong is an action RPG rooted in Chinese mythology. The story is based on Journey to the West, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature. You shall set out as the Destined One to venture into the challenges and marvels ahead, to uncover the obscured truth beneath the veil of a glorious legend from the past.

Put "The Incense Trail Talisman" in your D-pad items so you can always fast travel back to the last shrine so you dont need to wander around if you're lost or want to check another route from that shrine out.

It's a good approach to check a guide before leaving an area. That's how I did things. I tried to go through on my own and enjoy exploring but then checked a guide before moving on because there is so much missable stuff in this game. I will suggest - without being spoilery - to be careful of a sidequest in chapter 4. You can get locked out of it if you do things in the wrong order - this I sadly discovered on my own and am now doing NG+ to go back for it because not doing it also locks you out of about 4 achievements. So its something you may want to check in advance.

You should consider going through ng+ for this game cause the enemies get new attacks each time you go through ng+ . I'm on ng+3 and they are pulling out stuff I've never seen them do. P.s. congrats on 50k.🎉❤❤❤

1:52:50 Man, bind the Incense Trail Talisman to one of the consumables hotkeys, for fast travel tp back to shrine. You don’t have to run back to shrines.

Mati, remember that the unique effects of clothing only apply if you wear the required amount of armor pieces of that set! It may help you tackle certain enemies/bosses if you take note of that!

tips: -You can always fast travle to bonefire with an item you have without returning to it on foot -level up your spirite by using "Blood of the iron bull " to deal much damage. you also have a strong spirite deal big damage and after that rises your critical damage i think his name is"Tiger's Acolyte" a big man with a sword

Mati look in your inventory, the gravestone looking gold talisman is like the item from Sekiro . You can teleport to any shrine you want without any drawback 1:52:55

Warning again in case you haven't seen it, Chapter 4 is very spider intense. I would recommend breaking up the rest of the chapters into multiple videos. 3 is definitely long. 4 is pretty long too. I am on Chapter 5 myself, so I can't say for sure. Plus it just means more videos for us to watch! ❤

Hey! Great video, Mati! Small hint: in the settings you can customize your game experience, like showing damage numbers to see critical hits, for example, and which is more useful: autolock on enemies! :) You won't be missing them ever again! :)

Hi Mati, been following you from a long time, since the first playthroughs of Elden Ring and Dark Souls, congrats for the 50k, I'm commenting to recommend the new " Space Marine 2 " it's a beautiful game that you can complete in a few days and I think it's totally on your alley of gameplay, if you are interested it would be cool seeing here too.

Another tip, seeing as you like smash stance i suggest you learn the resolute strike (seeing through) and the sky fall skills. I found that a good time to use heavy attack mid combo is when wukong spins his staff on his back because that's when enemies tend to interrupt. Othe4 than that, still look out for their attacks and try the see through mechanic with heavy attack. Might take some time but definitely worth mastering.

Didn’t know it was a thing until recently. Couldn’t believe most people could “see” things clearly in their heads. Mind blown, life ruined. Became this weirdo who couldn’t stop asking people around me “do you have Aphantasia?”. p/s: Aphantasia is a phenomenon in which people are unable to visualize imagery. While most people are able to conjure an image of a scene, object, or face in their minds, people with aphantasia cannot.

the wise voice boss is not hard if you find out the black and white filter thing actually doubles your dmg. You can delete the boss's health if you knock it down during the thing. (And it's easier to stagger during that)

Once you can really start to "see through" enemies, that's when the combat really starts to click!

I actually beat Captain Wise Voice on the first attempt. Try swapping out Rock Solid for Cloud Step - it's a much more effective skill. And you are not even half way through chapter 3 - it is VERY long. But I cannot wait until you get to chapter 4. I am sooooo looking forward to your reactions. There is one point after you defeat one of the bosses - I'm laughing already.

I just wanna drop this small tip that might help in the long run , now that you’re in chapter 3 you can go back to the monkey in chapter 1 and buy a loujia fragrant vine ( an item/material to upgrade your gourd ) each new chapter from chapter 3 there will be 1 to purchase so you can upgrade your gourd faster , love the videos and keep rocking baby 🔥🔥🔥

Note that the light attack at smash stance has higher damage than the other two, so switch back to smash stance after using the pillar stance to avoid from the area attack😊

When trying to cross the white planks with the archers shooting you, it’s much easier to use cloud step and go right past them without them shooting you at all.

召喚4隻小猴子的技能在前三章是好用，但是卻是耗損猴子魔力最多的技能，到第4章召喚只加一兩個技能點的4隻猴子，實際傷敵血量的效果其實很弱，有分配較多技能點的4隻猴子消耗的魔力更多，面對從第四章後段到最後第六章的所有魔王，幾乎都是高攻擊高防禦高血量的魔王，即使召喚多加幾個技能點的4隻小猴子，對上魔王的傷敵血量仍然少的可憐，平均而言只能使魔王血條減少大概5%就是高估了，同樣會消耗猴子一半以上的魔力，除非能一波流快速打死魔王，否則猴子在後半段一定會魔力耗盡，連定身術、隱身術、靈體都沒有魔力可以使用，猴子的血條和補血藥消耗會遠超你想像的快速！尤其第4章後段第5章第6章裡的魔王，99%不可能被你一波攻擊就打死，那麼召喚四隻小猴子的技能，將會害死沒有魔力的猴子很多次！為使用一個召喚4隻沒多大作用的小猴子，面對魔王時讓你的定身術、隱身術、靈體三個技能都可能只能用一次，甚至連一次都沒魔力可以使用，其實對上遊戲後半段各章的魔王，召喚4隻猴子不是聰明的作戰方法！😂😂😂 同樣的魔力量損耗量，強力定身術、隱身術、召喚靈體，這三種技能都可以用很多次，任何一個都比召喚一次4隻猴子的作用更大！除非已經打穿這遊戲一次，再回頭讀取章節旅行再玩第二次4隻小猴子，魔力條特別特別長，才會有更大的攻擊效果和作用！但對上移動速度快的魔王，或跳躍距離遠的蛙類魔王，或有翅膀能飛行的魔王，4隻猴子就是消耗大量魔力的廢物技能，想打到敵人都難！你現在這影片才打到第三章前半段而已。面對第三章後半段的魔王，尤其是幾條龍和一隻寅虎還有幾個和尚魔，你就會知道4隻猴子的作用更是小得可憐！😄😄😄
