Bruce I love how 2 plumbers give up on a job, and even one telling him there is construction debris. You come in and get really creative with the blocked pipe, even making an overflow pipe in case it comes out the pipe. But then you fix the problem,, hope the owner gave you a nice tip. I'm a floorlayer, I was doing a basement apartment bathroom. When I lifted the toilet off a ton of brown started rising out from the drain. I start scooping it all into a bucket without even thinking. After 20 or so seconds of scooping I realise there was no smell. After the job, I see a road crew on the road, they hit the pipe and a bunch of sand got in. That's as close to drain cleaning as I'm going to get!

Whenever I have a repairman or a plumber or really anyone over working the house, I get a nice cup of tea and a bowl of fruits and biscuts waiting for them. I like to have a chat with them but so many just want to get in, get it done, and get out. If ever the chance we meet, I hope we can have a nice chat over a cup of tea (or coffee if that's more your thing) because there's just so much I love about everything you do!

Bruse, just did a kitchen sink today. Grease was in the drain. Tenant said , " I didn't put grease in the drain". I just kept my mouth shut, as I know the genie didn't put it there. Sometimes, it doesn't do anybody, any good to get upset. I merely said watch what you put down the drain. Bruce, you have taught me to take any drain clog , with a smile on my face.
