One thing you could to remedy the tv behind the mirror situation is build out the vanity cabinets by 6-8 “ to allow for a tv to raise up from the base cabinets. Kinda like those cabinets you see in some high end hotel rooms at the foot of the bed. Or you could lower it from the ceiling if you had attic space above.

For the wine room walls, I think natural looking wood tongue and groove is the way to go!

As a former home contractor 2 of my major pet peeves that to this day still drive me crazy, Trash thrown in around the foundation and Cigarette butts throw everywhere and I was a smoker for 16 years.

Brad since the home was spray foamed does it make the remodel more challenging or about the same as a conventional insulated home

Actually, the spray foam makes it easier because we have less Drywall falling out of the walls it stays in place

Odd the drywall guys are using manual pad sanders. They have powered rotary drywall sanders that have vacuum attachments. I think I paid $109. for my Milwaukee sander and I would never go back to manual. Although there's places you still have to sand manually.

@@BradtheBuilderyes, it’s a large orbital sander on a pole. And it sucks the dust up really well. Couple brands have it. Although drywallers usually haven’t invested in them yet cuz the are still thousands of dollars. Brad, maybe buy one and loan it to the guys. But then again it might get jacked

@@ALLworldCONSTRUCTIONLLC Yes you could spend a couple of grand for a top of the line Festool unit that has a vacuum cleaner with it, but you can spend around $100. and get a capable unit. There are also mid priced units, with a vacuum, like the Bosch unit for $500. Perfect tool for sanding drywall in a customers home.

The closer you get to the end the more details there are to be sorted out. I hope your brain has an off switch so you're able to sleep at night and not think about all of it. My goofy brain never seems to shut off so I always wake up and think about things at 3:00 a.m. 😴😯😵‍💫🎺🎺🎺

Couldn't see the pan in shower on missing wall. An floor an drain in. Mmmmm

The shower pan was totally reconstructed. I may not have filmed it and we moved the floor drain .. it’s a, horizontal drain thin drain to try hiding as much as possible
