Fun fact about that RX7 that they brought: it was built by a Polish guy and it uses a BMW diesel engine, initially it was supposed to be a 2000s style tuning car but he didn't have an idea for the engine yet he wanted to stand out so he got a diesel.

releasing on PC is a lot easier. you can basically just make the game and release it. steam requirements are pretty low (like as long as it's not a virus I think they'll accept anything XD) on console there's a bunch of hoops you have to jump through to get your game accepted and dev kits usually cost money as well. so the barrier of entry is a lot higher on consoles.
