The thing that was cool with the Street Outlaws show is the cool varying personalities that each person had to offer. They ALL had something cool to offer the viewers of the show. They were, and are still, very entertaining people. The only difference is that they are a little older now. They are still very entertaining and fun to watch, even as they get older. I wish that the media sources would continue to create a show around them again. It was sooo cool and fun. Oh well, time changes things and the good always comes to an end. So sad 😭. Great video 📸. Not really, on the streets yes but not at NPK. Chief did only one season of being NPK (because he was slow 😢) and it took Shawn a while to get where he’s at now and it started to show last year . Most of his success started when he went pro charger, and esp when got Steve petty or Brandon, aka fuel tech, to tune his car instead of tuning himself which was a good move

I'm not positive but I think Chief and Murder Nova was using a Pontiac based engine that was not even 500 cubic inches and everyone else had 600+ cubic inch engines hell a couple see of them had like 900+ cubic inches and the fact that Chief and Murder Nova was competitive against those huge engines says alot

As good of a racer as he is he is 10 times better at his trailer with the fans. While he doesn't rush anyone he answers every question and signs whatever you have. I hope he has continued success.

Sean spelt, the MPK murder nova because the OG murder nova was still a back half car and couldn’t compete. I didn’t realize it was a back half car until he got a new chassis for the OG murder nova and it showed the factory crossmember still in place.

You do know that’s not the original Nova that Murder nova is running. The only one that’s still is Original is Dominator. That’s the same car that came into everyone’s home in 2013 The original OG murder nova is still black and setting on 28’s

I could be wrong. But Shawn’s OG Nova was the car Pilgrim seen in Limpy’s race in Dallas. Chief was tuning the car and Shawn was driving. That Nova was on a 1320 video that caught Pilgrim’s eye. They ask Limpy to do a TV show and he thought it was a setup by the police. He said talk to the guys up in OKC, he was not interested in a TV show about illegal street racing. Shawn and Chief agreed to shoot a Pilot if Pilgrim fixed it with the police to pull off a race, they thought it was a setup also. Discovery liked the pilot and bought 6-8 more. Kinda worked out. So I say the OG Murder Nova is the car that helped start the 405 show. Watch Limpy’s interview from the Old Mans Garage from 2-3yrs ago when he first started his channel. Limpy was a Street Racer, but he seen more money in hosting races. Plus you don’t get your car impounded. But a 1320 Video of Limpy’s Cash Days event in Dallas is where it all started and Nova was in that old Video going rounds. I think it was a blower car Or Nitrous. I can’t remember.

It has a high dollar engine, pro line hemi, etc the best of everything. Shaun’s good but I can think of way better for most of the shows. The Crow always beat murder nova. Ryan always beat the murder nova. It’s not the same car it’s not even black anymore. Murder nova is doing ok this year. But it has never really been the superstar but it has always been there.
