We waste so much time looking for online motivation videos that we don't realize we just end up replacing a more harmful short-term dopamine from a less-harmful short-term dopamine. its all just our Nafs finding ways to NOT take action. Alhamdulillah for this video brother. Btw as a digital marker, I would suggest you make your captions a tad bit shorter, because we all know that nowadays the size of a gold fish=average attention span. for example, "This "Drug" is keeping from Taking Constructive Action EVERYDAY!" or something that would challenges common beliefs and make people stop scrolling the moment they see your caption. for example, "Motivational videos are actually KEEPING You From The Success You Want!". looking forward to more of your videos.
