This Duo DOES NOT DISSAPOINT | Earl Sweatshirt x The Alchemist - Voir Dire First Reaction

In this video, we react to Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist's newest album, "Voir Dire". As can be expected, this album sounded amazing. The beat selection and creation by The Alchemist was perfect for Earl Sweatshirt's laidback vocal delivery. Earl Sweatshirt is one of the best technical rappers in the entire hiphop genre, and has a voice and bars that very few on are on the same level as. For The Alchemist, it is known that he is one of the greatest producers in this generation, and is a must listen whenever he has production credits. Once we heard that this project released, even though it was a weird release as it is not on streaming services like Spotify yet, we had to listen and record out first reaction to the hiphop project. The Off Future rapper continues to put out great music, and never disappoints. Overall, the entire album as a whole was fantastic but tracks like, "All The Small Things", "27 Braids", "My Brother, The Wind", "Mac Deuce", and "Vin Skully" stood out the most. I love your podcast that being said I'm really sick of people not getting it Alchemist and Earl Sweatshirt made a great album and streaming doesn't pay anything much a million streams pays out less than four grand on Spotify so I totally understand and you should too for music this good I don't mind paying for the NFT

With the narrow exception of "All the Small Things" and a very few others, the entire project vibes off some laziness on the part of the artiste. Transforming "Couldn't Miss This One" into "Sirius Black" is evidence of it for example.

I was really disappointed by Sirius Blac. It sounded amazing in the video from the live version, and it was some of my fav unreleased Earl songs, but he changed his inflection to be upward which ruined the “couldn’t miss this one” at the end… Also why tf did he pronounce Harvey Dent like “HervDnt”?? That ruined a great bar…

Alchemist was in a twitter space the other day and said that this would probably be the case with the live versions being better for other people. Usually Earl tends to bring more energy when he’s live. I’m fine with the very mellow tone but I definitely understand completely
