Need some advice! I’ve been in sales for 5 years and want to switch to the IT field. I got a job offer with a cable company to do commercial installation with internet, cable and phone and build on it. With more networking basics stuff. Do you think this would be a good base to start in the IT world? Right now long term id like to work up to a data analyst/ scientist, software engineer or cyber security.

Awesome video. I’ll try it out now that I just got my A+. 3 questions for you. Question 1. - I have bachelors in counseling, should I put that on my resume even though it isn’t tech related? Question 2 - I am currently a 2md year student in WGU IT degree. Should I put that on there or just leave off? Question 3 - should I give people a cover letter even if they have not asked for it?
