This Easy Italian Pasta Fagioli Soup Recipe Is Unbelievable!

Olive Garden Pasta e Fagioli soup only better, It's Homemade: a True Italian Classic
The name is often referred to as "pasta fasul" or "pasta fazool" in the New York Italian dialects, this was originally derived from its Neapolitan dialect name "pasta e fasuli."
Cannellini or kidney beans are used in the southern italian neapolitan style in a simple broth.
a tomato based soup with borlotti or cranberry beans used in the northern Italian style and in Rome they substitute Ceci chick peas or garbanzo beans instead and The American style which may include a ground meat like sausage or beef.
The only real requirements are that you include pasta and beans. The ingredients I use in my version also include olive oil, pancetta or bacon, garlic, onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes or tomato paste. The pasta is tubettini which is a small tube like pasta.
